I have always found Dr. Wilhite to be caring and professional. He is always very thorough. During my recent examination, he took time to explain what he found and referred me to a specialist. He contacted the doctor personally to get me an appointment within hours. His staff was also courteous and helpful.

Be careful of doing business with Greater New Orleans Eyecare in Marrero. I purchased a pair of bifocals there that were made incorrectly. I spoke to a receptionist who said her name was Tracy. She was very rude which she has been many times in the past. When you do business with any doctor that includes the front desk support staff. This office has very unprofessional staff. Please be careful with this business. Ms. Tracy does not respect the doctor's customers and speaks to them rudely and condescendingly. This lady hung up on me and refused to have the doctor call. Please beware so that you do not have a negative experience.
