I went to 230 visit today.i was told that jeff didn't want to see me due to a bad review from Google.I'm uncertain about what review they're talking about that badmouths him persay.but I am now capable of bad mouthing him I don't appreciate having my appt cancelled .I work 7-5 most days. The one review I remember leaving was regarding billing.ive been goin to southwest spine and pain since 2019. My health insurance plan has changed and for the year 2023 I was being billed out of network.at some point in time the claims department stated that only Jeffrey wright was ineligible to be covered under the in network billing and for whatever reason that was I went on to see Dr frieden only.But then it was said that he was again in network and available to be offered as a provider and I would see him in August September October and November again.that was 2023.To be honest.hes of little value as his nasty way regarding to accept my visitation for medicinal refills today. I hope hes fired.

I took my 78 year old dad in to Jeffery Wright PA for a pain management visit due to worsening chronic back pain where he was not able to walk. He was very uncaring with a condescending attitude and a poor bedside manner. He was very unwilling to do additional inventions to control my dad’s pain. It was like pulling teeth to get interventional pain medication. This was the second visit following a steroid injection two days prior which did nothing to alleviate my dads pain. I am not impressed with this facility or the care we received by this PA. Do yourself a favor and find pain management care somewhere else.
