This provider is hands-down the most disinterested and condescending provider I have experienced in my 20 years of dealing with military medical providers. He stated incorrect information in his notes to make it appear that he addressed my concerns and pretended that I was making up things just because the current computer system did not have a record- even though what I was referring to happened off-post in a different state.
