The nurse practitioner didn’t even leave her office, she let her student do all of the work. The student NP was very sweet and knowledgeable and even though the receptionist was rude and the NP was “hiding” I decided to give the office one more try, everyone has off days right? Wrong. Second time we showed up five minutes early, receptionist said that since we weren’t 15 minutes early we had to reschedule! McBride agreed! We had to leave! Our appointment wasn’t at 10, we signed in at 9:55.
