Poor experience. She mentioned in passing I might need progressives but prescribed regular glasses instead. I couldn't see with them so she then prescribed progressives. These were my first pair of progressives but she nor her staff gave me any instructions about how to use them. I had a very hard time adjusting to them and only recently discovered that she should have given me instructions about how to train my eyes when using them. One of the admins was also incredibly rude.

I have been a patient at this optometrist's office for around 15 years. I recently went in to have my eyeglasses adjusted for fit. I hadn't purchased them there and refused service. I guess 15 years of loyalty means nothing to them. While out of town I've needed my glasses adjusted a couple times over the years, entered an optometrist's office where I was not a patient, was served with a smile, and my offer of payment refused. Ambler's office has lost my business forever.
