She was great, took my girl to the ER last night at Quincy and Jenna could not have been nicer. We got immediate attention and her and her team just did a fantastic job. Her bedside manner was exceptionally nice. We could not have been more pleased.

Took my dad to the emergency room in Weymouth South Shore and had to see this horrible PA. Everyone before her was extremely nice and helpful but Jenna was the RUDEST PA I HAVE EVER MET! She did not seem to care one bit and just seemed annoyed. Spoke in a very ignorant and offensive manner along with faces. Very unprofessional and should not be working in a hospital setting. We will never deal with her again.
