Jenna's time spent with me in physical therapy was worth its weight in GOLD. She was always willing to spend whatever time needed to make sure I was making progress. She took the time to answer questions and keep me on the right track to recovery. If I had an enemy I would refer the to her for treatment because she treats all patients with the highest professionalism. I feel that thru her instruction and knowledge we as a team exceeded my knee surgeons expectations.

I don't know about this other review but I had a fantastic experience. She was thorough and seemed to genuinely care about my progress. She also motivated me through some of the more painful exercises I had. Overall I have no complaints for her or for the rest of the staff at the facility. Great doctor and great team!

This doctor has an extreme need for patient to "Doctor" empathy. I'll use the word "Doctor" lightly. She used textbook knowledge I already knew and had the most fake personality I've ever worked with. Seemed like a milestone for her to smile and has absolutely zero ability for female to female compassion or empathy. I learned about her running and fake conversation more than about my pain and plan for recovery. Never again. How these new kids get hired is beyond all hope.
