Jenna was a perfect NP! She was super attentive and kind. She really listened to all my complaints and I felt like she truly cared about me as an individual. She explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt in control of my health.

Jenna Pastorelli, N.P. is a caring individual who listened to my report of issues, examined me and appropriately ordered tests. She explained the possibilities and what she believed the issue to be but wanted to get test results before continuing with a diagnosis (like any good practitioner would do). Very personable and friendly. I look forward to continued care with her.

I would give a 10 rating to my surgeon and to Jenna for the excellence in response, patience with my questions and compassion. I only gave an 8 because of the delay at the hospital. My surgery was schedules for about 2:15 and did not happen until 8pm. I know it was no ones fault, but until 7:30 when Dr. Luke M, came and told me about the emergencies, I had no idea what was happening or if I would even have my surgery. I really feel that made my stay nerve wracking and was not very professional.

Wish it were possible to give zero stars to this dismissive, haughty individual. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, much less family or friends. She charged my insurance more than $2000 for two 7-min visits in which no examination was performed except to check my reflexes. An X-ray was taken, but my MRIs were not reviewed. She suggested I see someone about my hip. I consulted an orthopedic surgeon, who diagnosed displaced vertebrae and spinal stenosis at several levels. Hip appears normal. Nerve conduction test revealed nerve damage due to compression. Be forewarned. She is a nurse practitioner who is determining your diagnosis and whether you will be allowed to see the orthopedic surgeon you thought you were going to see, when your appointment was made.

My visits with Ms. Pastorelli were conducted in a most professional, considerate manner. My concerns were addressed in a patient and informative manner.
