Horrible experience with Jenna Rentas today. I wish I could leave a 0 instead of a 1. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and she refused to see me. I explained that I had to unexpectedly take my son who has cancer to an appointment as the reason for my tardiness and she did not care. In fact, she told the receptionist to tell me that I had “so many issues” she wouldn’t have time for me. I am appalled by the way she treated me. Avoid her at all costs!!
