The bedside manner was absolutely fantastic—everyone was so warm and caring. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I truly left feeling informed and at ease! The moment I met her I couldn’t help but be so thankful. She walked in with a big smile and immediately shook my hand. She asked me several questions and then explained to me in detail her thoughts and what exactly she would like to have done. After explaining things to me she asked me if I was ok with what she was planning as far as an up to date X-ray and another MRI. Before she left the room she asked me again if I had any questions and she made sure I understood everything. She never seemed to be in a big hurry like a lot of doctors and nurses now do. I was very pleased with my visit with her and I hope to be seeing her again in the future when I return for another appointment.
