Wonderful
Before my surgery Jenna explained everything to me in such a way that I had great confidence and reassurance. Her bedside manner and information put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable about the future procedure. I am grateful for all of the wonderful care.

Held my prescription hostage while she forced a visit because my other PA had left the practice. Would not release anything until she saw me for a "wellness visit" less than 5 months from my previous appointment. Zero reasoning with her.
