During my eye exam a new prescription for glasses was given. While ordering the glasses I was told my insurance didn't cover no-line glasses. I would have to pay almost $300 for the glasses. I objected but paid for the glasses by credit card. Afterwords, they wanted me sign a form saying i was ok with this. I refused to sign and I walked out. Remember, the glasses were now paid for. For the next 3 weeks they told me the glasses were on order but there was some kind of delay Pomised to call me back but I had to call them. Yesterday they told me the glasses may have come that day but had not checked their shipment yet. They would call. I called today, they finally admitted they had not placed the order when I didn't sign the form. Again, they already had charged my card. They said they had refunded my credit card, which was a lie. I opened a dispute with my credit card company for something never ordered much less received.
