I'm seeing some of these reviews were written up to make office look good. They are not actual patient's reviews. This is very concerning.

Her and her staff are wonderful!

Gave me a referral to a pain management specialist for excruciating pain. I couldn't get an appointment for four months. Calling Jennifer again, I was told that she wouldn't authorize an urgent request and wouldn't prescribe any medication, leaving me with no options. Very poor customer service.

Love this office and Jennifer Bannick is the best doctor ever

Excellent! My wife and I both saw Jennifer for our six month follow up appointments. She answered our questions and all went well.

Physical exam. Not much to it. She did listen, kind of. New prescriptions.....well lets say, there is a lot to be desired. Two that went to DMAFB clinic took two days to be called in. One for Omega 3 was never called in. I am not a big fan of this kind of treatment.

I do enjoy my visits with her. She’s always been polite, easy to listen to my needs, then discuss options. Great job as always Jennifer ??

My health isn't great, and Jenn has worked with my cardiologist to provide the appropriate care. She provides options as opposed to adhering to a single plan.

The first thing Jennifer said to me was that I had to decrease my reasons for coming in down to 1-2 because she could only give me 15 minutes of her time. I felt invalidated, voiceless, small, and rushed. I left feeling untreated and still concerned for my health. I was never given then option of scheduling another appointment or a longer appointment to discuss all my needs. The appointment ended with her handing me papers with no explanation and walking out. In the end, I decided not to return due to the lack of professionalism and find a new physician. I was required to give a minimum 1 star rating, although that isn’t even deserved.

My first in person with Jennifer and she and her NP assistant were wonderful. Pleasant staff as well.

Jennifer is attentive and always address my concerns. She is dedicated to addressing the root of the problem rather than treating symptoms. She is friendly and informative without talking down.

Jennifer is an outstanding care provider. She is thoughtful, filled with knowledge and ideas for action. The entire office is efficient and focused on care. I cannot imagine their workload throughout 2020 and yet they remain kind, compassionate and smart as all get-out! Thank you is not enough.
