Terrible Experience
The office staff were pleasant but the appointment was slightly delayed.Dr. Bowman came in with a scowl on her face. She ignored my, “Hello, nice to meet you.”She was barely civil, certainly not friendly or professional.She acted like she was checking the vision of an inanimate object not a human being.She rushed through the exam and ignored my few questions or concerns. I wanted to just get up and walk out, she was that rude.The prescription she wrote was not accurate and I had to make another appointment and get my glasses elsewhere “out of pocket.”Need I say more!! Awful!!!
