Jennifer Bratton, APRN

I am leaving Ms Bratton. She is insensitive and condescending. She is not open to questions. She gets defensive. She ordered the wrong dose of a medication. Patients have the right to ask questions. A good provider welcomes input from their patients. I have given her 3 years to improve the way she interacts. It has gotten worse. I found a new provider.

She is condescending and defensive when you question her about her treatment. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Excellent first visit. I have also referred my husband to be seen by Jenny. I see people complaining about having tests, but blood tests tell your health story. If there is an issue, I think she wants to re-test in a few weeks to see if TRULY an issue before treating. I would much rather be over-tested and certain, than placed on meds that I really don't need. If I find I am asked to be tested/seen way more often than makes sense, I will discuss with her. She called me personally to give me results and explain why she wants to follow up in a few weeks. I appreciate being treated like I am intelligent enough to understand the implications and options she suggests.

This NP was not for me. While she is very thorough and genuinely cares, she orders multiple expensive tests and won’t see you again unless you have all the tests done. She wanted some tests redone that a previous doctor had already done just to “double check” nothing was missed. If I didn’t already owe thousands of dollars to Baptist, maybe I would have had some of the tests ran. She’s not a bad NP and is trust her if I had a cold or something. But she is very insensitive to the high costs of medical care and testing and is very pushy about having these tests completed.

I hadn't been to a doctors office in years. I had an appointment with Jennifer a couple of weeks ago. Most places you spend more time in the waiting room than you do seeing anyone. This is not the case with Jennifer! She got to know ME. She let me laugh, cry, and reassured me that she was there for me. She really cares about her patients. Very knowledgeable and treats you with the utmost respect.I will most definately be back and will not hesitate contacting her or her staff. They are very responsive and answers any questions you may have. Very satisfied! After suffering for 15 months in pain, she was able to prescribe and treat me within a day! She has given me my life back and for that I will be forever grateful!

This practitioner doesn't care about her patients' mental or physical health. Do not see her unless you just want to have multiple visits and would like to donated your income to her
