Jennifer is great. She was able to prescribe a medicine that will help me immensely. She answered all of my questions and followed up in a timely manner. She is very kind and thorough. I highly recommend her.

96 y/o client requested Palliative Care (PC) Services, and an increase/better pain mgt. from Jennifer over a period of 4-6 mths. Jenn, failed to honor her request. Client has a hx. of breast cancer w/o tx., a stroke, home bound, and a host of medical dx. which qualifies her for (PC). Client has made Jenn aware that she is not able to sleep, has constant back and generalized pain that is debilitating mentally, emotionally and physically. Jenn's neglect has allowed client to suffer in pain. Last week Village Medical (VM) aware that she wanted to d/c services Instead, an appt. was scheduled for this week. We cancelled. Jenn reached out to client 6/27/22 for a home visit. Client extremely upset, again made Jenn aware that her grandson and I were taking over managing/coordinating care. Last week PC Agency of choice requested medical records (MR) from VM. Request not granted. Client provided verbal request for release of MR to VM last week Client home suffering.

Jennifer Burbridge is a fantastic nurse practitioner and her knowledge of medicine is far greater than nearly all M.D.'s. She spends a lot of time with you and orders lots of tests and labs. She is very respectful to her patients and has a great bedside manor.
