Over past 6 mo. found Jenny to be capable, attentive, empathetic, direct, clear, and able to maintain a safe therapeutic environment for us as a couple in crisis. She leads one partner in an awareness and self-healing while the other witnesses. In my late 50s I’m learning self-compassion for the first time. Jenny has also worked with us and our adult children as we seek intergenerational healing. Jenny is an experienced practitioner of ISF (Schwartz) IFIO (Kerpelman, et. al.) Previously we were helped by EFT, a bit by CBT and Gottman approaches, but Jenny has been by far the most helpful.
