Dismissive
I tried so hard to advocate for myself and explain my experience in order to receive diagnostic testing and care. Calderala told me straight faced “Other than what you’re telling me, I have no reason to order more tests.” I changed providers afterwards and received diagnosis that was a simple body exam by a knowledgeable provider. Turned out to be a genetic condition that I passed on to my kids and which would have continued to evade our awareness had I stayed with Calderala’s practice.
