ineffective and lacking needed skill set. Consistently ignored my concerns for my child. Allowed my former spouse to verbally abuse me during our meetings. Her tactics are basically guilt and brow beating one party to attempt to get an agreement. i also think she has a problem with strong women and does not like being told no. Jen admitted to not reading pertinent emails prior to our meeting, thus was unprepared. Very unprofessional! She is not responsive and does not return calls or emails in timely manner. Her summaries are not sent promptly and are poorly written with atrocious grammer. I would recommend seeking someone else.
