Dr. Howard used to be my primary care doctor, which is who Jenn took over for him in 2014. Over the past eight (8) years she has "always" been consistent with me, my kids and my wife. We do not always go to the doctor for things, but when we do it has mainly been to see Jennifer Culp. I also may not like all of what she says, but that is because I have gained some weight and that weight should always be considered when talking about certain items whether I like it or not. She has never belittled. marginalized, or demeaned how any of us feel and she has never been rude to anyone in my family. Like doctor Howard was, Jennifer can be direct at times and I like that. I do not want a doctor who blows fluff up my behind. I highly recommend.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of care I’ve received. Being New to the area, I was quite concerned about finding a care team That would continue the level of care I was receiving prior to moving to Montana. However, I’m receiving excellent care and have found that my questions and concerns are always met with interest and a plan of care. It’s been a seamless process and would refer Jennifer C Brewington and her medical assistants. She’s been a great listener, and I couldn’t ask for more

My appointment with Jennifer Brewington was extremely disappointing and she did not listen to me at all or ask me about why I made the appointment. Additionally, her office billed the wrong insurance for the lab work conducted and will not help me remedy the problem. The office continues to give me the number for the Providence billing department who tells me it is Brewington's office who needs to fix the problem. I have gone in circles with no help from this office.

Poor communication was a main issue here. Seemed to be upheaval in the office, staff consistency spotty at best. Jen seemed to be very uncouth dealing with a difficult patient such as myself, responding in a defensive and condescending manner. While I take responsibility for being difficult, my reasons were valid. Would not recommend if you are looking for consistency in demeanor or communication

Jenn takes time to explain everything. She asks good questions. She even follows up with phone calls herself, not just her assistant, who is also very, very good. Jenn is knowledgable and thorough. She responds to all inquires and questions. Her professionalism is refreshing.
