Jen's approach made me look at food as just food. Jen helped me see for the first time that I don't need to feel ashamed about how I eat. She gave me excellent guidance with empathy and humor. Fuel Mix is a novel and easy idea that changed my life! I now really enjoy eating the healthy foods my body asks for.
