We love Active Family Health care. It is easy to get an appointment and I never have to wait when I come in. They are all professional and friendly. Jen is thorough and attentive.

My family has been going to Jennifer for about 10 years or so. I was immediately impressed at my first visit because she actually LISTENED to my concerns and addressed every one of them. She took me seriously and gave me the time to get all my questions answered - at my first visit she said that the most important patient is the one she is with, so not to feel rushed and that she would take care of everything I needed during that visit. And she did. She has a calming demeanor and explains things very thoroughly. She is an amazing NP and our family won't go anywhere else.
