We’ve seen Ms. Galindo a few times and she has been great to my daughters, who have both seen her for different conditions they had developed. We appreciated her attentiveness and recommendations.

Ms Galindo made me feel great because she heard my concerns as a mother. She also made my daughter feel comfortable during our visit. She gave us the time of day like we were her only patient. She explained everything very well and now my daughter is all better! Very grateful!

Yesterday was just the worst experience I've ever had with this place. If you do not want to work and do your job as you were trained then you should have stayed home . From the moment our nurse walked in I could tell she was already frustrated and I do not like the way she took care of my boys as patients . To begin with there babies I noticed she got upset when my 2 yr old reached out to grab her stethoscope she told him no don't touch that very serious and sounded angry . He is a child . She knows that it's a pediatric clinic so she is gonna have kids as patients .she didn't bother trying check for the wheezing in his lungs he has asthma , he also had a sore throat when she tried to check in his mouth he wouldn't let her so she ended up making him gag but never visually looked inside his mouth, it was more like we were being rushed out of there. How is it they had nothing wrong with them but they are positive for COVID.. I feel if she cannot handle her job then stay home ..
