Excellent listening skills.
If you’re suffering from US Army 1968-1971 PTSD you may want go in another direction. If the night tremors remain after 50 years, probably need a higher level of care. Otherwise she’s excellent and very well educated. PS don’t take a toke for you go it stays on your record and can’t be removed. Leaves a bad mark on your character, and that is not cool.
