She is great to my Mum but she absolutely HATES MY GUTS! She is so rude to me, she bites my head off every time I take my Mum in there and she acts like I can do nothing right. I get so stressed everytime I go in there. She treats me like she just hates me. I work 7 days a week plus take care of my Mum full time. I DESERVE HER RESPECT NOT HER UTTER CONTEMPT!!!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Groff for several years and we could not be happier with any other doctor. She is such a special person and a very knowledgeable practitioner, we have every confidence in decisions about our health. I just hope she will continue to be our doctor for many, many years to come and I would recommend her to any of our friends. We just love her!

I love Dr. Groff a kind hearted truely caring doctor with concern for her patients and treats you with respect not a number she works to find your problem she's not a pill pusher she procribes only what your condition calls for. She's a christian and if you need a good doctor I recommend her highly.

Jennifer Groff is one of the most caring MDs, and or NP that I have ever seen. She will take the time to listen and explain. I drive from Montgomery to Prattville just to be treated by her!

NP Groff is so caring, genuinely concerned and will not rush in or out of the room. It is hard to find a provider that listens and wants to help her patients. I have nothing but good things to say about her.
