While Jennifer Hermes was excellent individually, I think of her as part of the Gramstad team. It is noteworthy that she went to great lengths to help me get appts with her.

My visit with Jennifer Hermes was excellent. It was easy to talk to Jennifer and she gave me opportunities to comment and asx questions. Her explanations of the specifics about my diagnosis and treatment options were clear. She used my x-rays to explain the what and why of my diagnosis. All in all, I walked away with a good understanding of my diagnosis and a well defined plan of treatment.

Jennifer H was great. Diagnosed my arthritic locked-up shoulder in no time. Got me on steroids and I was feeling much better in less than 24 hrs. She's good!

She is absolutely amazing !!! Great smile and awesome bedside manner!!! Complete pro!!!! Calming and funny!!!i wish she was my regular doctor. Not wishing me any bad luck. But, it woulldnt be a bad thing if I got hurt again and had to see her!!!!! Ur very lucky to have her working for you!!! She’s the best!!!

Extremely helpful, willing to answer questions. Was the type of person that , I would say would put everyone at ease , and that was comforting. It was a pleasant experience and I know I’ll be in more pain soon with knowledge that I will have no pain or less pain than I have now in the future.
