She had to change the appointment last minute and upon arrival was disheveled and excused herself for the first fifteen minutes or so of our appointment to “brush her hair and teeth” while we sat in her office and waited. Since she was late, she was hungry and continued to eat several pieces of candy while trying to speak with us. She then proceeded to bring up a topic that we had already covered and were “done with” but she emphasized and elaborated on it and then raised her voice at my husband. She then told him things I told her in confidentiality after I told her I had not brought it up and had not intended to. She was unprepared and shuffled through some books to try and “give us something to do or read”. She has since ghosted us and has not contacted us at all going on about 3 weeks.

I have been seeing her for some time now and she helped correctly diagnosed what I suffer from and helped me deal with it. She has always been kind, patient, and friendly during my visits.

Jennifer is a warm and welcoming. She has a natural talent for developing a deep, trusting relationship with her clients. I have been seeing her since I was in college. Jennifer has provided me the space and tools to work through relationship issues, work stress, grief, and PTSD symptoms. I look forward to our sessions every week and would highly recommend her!

Jennifer is great and has helped me more than I can describe these past 2 years I've been seeing her .

I have been seeing Jennifer for a year now and I have also referred friends to her. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and warm. She is a great listener and has guided me through my separation. She has helped me grow as a person and to look at things on a deeper level. She is a very caring therapist.

Jennifer is a lovely and likeable person, but after 6 visits, I felt that her "counseling" skills were very, very lacking. She made light of my drinking problem, saying that perhaps "one bottle of wine at night is no big deal. It may be helping you cope." She also was not equipped to address my complicated grief issues regarding the loss of my child. She seems disorganized and administratively challenged, as well. I wish her well, but will not be returning to her for counseling.
