Wonderful Doctor/Terrible Office at Inkwell Medica
Jennifer is amazing. I went to her for over 4 years and have nothing but praises about her. She is a caring, intelligent and a thorough care provider. However, when she left, Inkwell Medical refused to let me go to her replacement. I was cut off without care and follow-up as to my options. It took me 3 months to find a new provider in Eugene, which is an issue since I take maintenance medication. They did, however, take my husband back as a client with the new practitioner. When I enquired to them taking me back as well, they refused and also refused to give me a reason. The office manager was very curt and said she was 'not going to argue with me'. I wasn't arguing, I was just asking why to make sense of it. I was a good patient, never late, never argumentative, always paid my bills and followed up on all care recommendations. I cannot recommend this office if you need to feel reasonably comfortable that they will care about you and your health.

One of the best at listening
I have been a patient of Jennifer Kalata's for the past five years + and have found her to be compassionate and understanding when challenges to my health arise. I would recommend this medical office to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I just saw Jennifer for my very first appointment and I was pleasantly surprised. She took the time to listen and had some great suggestions for me. It’s scary trying to find a new provider in a new city and I feel like I just hit the lottery!
