Jennifer has been very helpful to me in dealing with some complicated trauma. Her use of EMDR has been very effective. Talk therapy has also proved very helpful as well. Jennifer has listened and made astute observations that have helped open my eyes to things I previously overlooked. She has been empathetic and has validated my feelings regarding my experiences. She has gently encouraged me to work on areas that we both decided are places where growth is needed. I very much appreciate all the help I’ve received so far.

My girlfriend and myself went to counseling for our relationship with Jennifer. I rarely leave reviews but I felt it necessary with this counselor. From the very start our sessions were unorganized and lack goals and direction. I almost begged her to set some goals and hold us both accountable from week to week.
