I had been under J.L.'s care for IBS(?), I had a flare up on a Wednesday and called her office on Thursday, they never got back to me. I suffered throughout the weekend and called again on Monday, they got me in and the only advise given was "just take more Imodium" I followed her advise for another week and my symptoms got markedly worse, I had to go to the Emergency Room with extreme nausea and pain. I was discharged and given antibiotics, they gave me anti nausea. J.L. I called the IGA team again and left a message for J.L. on a Thursday, no one got back to me. I messaged J.L. through St. Lukes Mychart for a increase in dosage of anti nausea meds I received a message saying that J.L. would not be back into the office until Monday and would review the message then, I sent another message telling them to get this to another Dr. in the group "NOW" I waited for another couple of hours with no response. Went to local clinic to get meds increased and the Doc there was dismayed at IGA.
