I haven't been impressed by Marks. Her lack of communication and care are palpable.
I was diagnosed with POTS last year, and I had to be the one to begin a conversation with Marks requesting beta blockers. After I pushed for beta blockers, her attitude was one of "There's nothing else I can do for you" without brainstorming additional referrals. I had to advocate for referrals elsewhere, and Marks and her team have taken months to write the referral, despite me calling and messaging.
