Jennifer is very personable, a great listener, and more importantly, very empathetic to what I was going through and my concerns. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, patiently taking the time to even go over things again with me, which made me feel quite cared for and very respected. The office staff at Urology Group of Loudoun at Stone Springs is also top notch; friendly and extremely courteous! I highly recommend this provider!

She was very dismissive of my issues. If you have done your own research and have an idea of how you'd like your treatment plan to go do not see this provider. She has her mind made up before walking in the door.

I came to see Jennifer after having a persistent UTI that was not responding to antibiotics. After 2 rounds of antibiotics, she recommended going back on another antibiotic that hadn’t worked for me. It was clear her and her team weren’t actually looking at my file, just prescribing things. When I asked for a few moments of her time to speak with her about my treatment plan, I was told I could pay for another visit, that she wouldn’t take 2 min out of her day to speak with me, and asking the nurse to ask her questions for me often took 6-8 hours android to actually answer my questions. After it was abundantly clear that there was no level of care for me as a patient, I left the practice and I’m so glad I did.

Great experience. Great service by everyone. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable , I soon I told her my problem she knew pretty much what was going on. Thanks Jennifer I strongly recommend this clinic.

Jennifer is excellent. I have been going to this Practice for 5 years. She explained everything to me. She called when she said she would and took the extra time to tell me what the next steps would be. I highly recommend her.
