Jennifer Moss is a better "doctor" than 90% of the MD's I have visited in my life. She listens very carefully to your concerns, answers questions you may have on a health issues, and constructs a meaningful plan to address your health concerns. I have always in the past in other medical offices felt like I had to get to the point instantly as time was of the utmost concern. Not so at Ashland Family Practice. No matter how busy the office is, there is always a calmness from Jennifer that allows a person to think, ask the right questions, and share their health concern. I give her and her staff, top ratings.

Wonderful and dedicated people all around. The staff is great, Jennifer Moss is great. I can't name all of the names for fear of leaving someone out. But you know who you are....all of you. I feel very fortunate and am full of gratitude as, owing to my health, I'm not exactly the easiest of patients.

I hadto speak about one of her patients calling from home health agency and found Jennifer to be very pleasant and understanding concerned about her patient. It’s very rare that in this business we actually get to speak with a nurse practitioner or the doctor on the phone with regard to the patient’s care. This was refreshing!

Jennifer has been my primary care doctor since June 2018. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to understand your conditions and problems. She listens carefully and takes the appropriate action for the patient. In the last three years, I have seen many doctors for heart, diabetes, infections, etc and she is by far the best person I have had treating my medical issues. I highly recommend her.

I just moved back to town, and in the past have had a hard time finding a General Practitioner that I liked. I cannot say enough about Jennifer - she sat down and took her time with me. She asked questions, and pulled information out that I had not thought to include - but was important. She was interested in my needs and also in me as a person. She is caring, and on top of things. She took care of everything we discussed in my appointment - immediately. Highly Recommend!!
