Love this practice and Jennifer.

Jennifer Norton went above and beyond! She reassured the [...]yo patient (my daughter) without condescension and made sure both of us understood and agreed on her recommendations. We left the office feeling confident in the plans. THEN Jennifer Norton came sprinting out into the parking lot to catch us just as we were backing out of our spot! She apologized for adding any "drama," as she put it, but had just received a text from the radiologist recommending we instead take my daughter to the ED to get a CAT scan because it would be quicker and allow immediate treatment (eg, draining the abscess), if it seemed warranted. Even though this news (and its delivery) ratcheted up the feeling of urgency, neither of us felt panicked. My daughter still said she felt reassured in what to do and what to expect.

Jennifer was very thorough in explaining things to me and was done so in a very caring way. I felt she was listening and was very attnetive to my concerns.

Very good visit

This was the first visit with a new practitioner as my previous one retired. Change is not easy, but Jennifer was very personable and our conversation was pleasant although very general, and this survey is geared toward specific issues.

I called Monday morning got an appointment the same day, the doctor was very nice and she knew about some of my medical history which was nice. She was able to resolve my issue.

The visit itself was fine. I was listened to and sent for an X-ray. I was then sent for an MRI and that's when the ball was dropped. I was not told about results, I had to reach out and ask for next steps and what words meant in the summary after 8 days of the results being in, and the information conflicted with what I was next told.
