Overall, my appointment was a demoralizing & unhelpful waste of time; I felt worse for even going in for help after my interaction with Jennifer Novak, NP. I had 2 simple requests: a long overdue refill of Tramadol for chronic pain mgmt,& lab work to check iron levels. She first interrogated me like a drug seeker for the Tramadol, & then flat out refused to address my legitimate concerns about anemia as an at-risk patient, nor did she offer advice on supplementation when asked. Awful experience!
