Excellent
Dr. Ong is an excellent, excellent optometrist. She was thorough, explained everything, listened to my concerns, and encouraged questions. She also noted research studies when explaining the why’s, which demonstrated her passion for her field. I had just seen another doc for dry eyes and didn't realize what a terrible, dismissive, hasty experience it was until I went to Dr. Ong for a basic eye exam…world of difference.
