About Me

care philosophy

Everyone is a unique individual. There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I enjoy children and adult patients but have been moving more into seeing adults and teens. I love being the guide in the process of life while recognizing mental illness as a factor to manage while becoming our best Selves.
