She was an hour late even though I was her first patient. She did not acknowledge or apologize for her lateness. She made two errors with the orders she made for me. She was indifferent when I told her I had almost lost my life 6 weeks earlier due to a critical emergency and she couldn’t have cared less. Awful.

Waited 60 min to be told what NH placement my father should have even though she had never met him. Was told she would not refer him to a facility in PA even though he has no family in Florida. Was told aggression and agitation don’t exist in a dementia patient. And was absolutely NO help to my brother and I trying to deal with sundowning, delusions, and aggressive behavior. Instead she asked if we had tried VITAS. We have and they won’t help either. Stay far away from this practice - they are unprofessional and the furthest thing from what a health care worker should be. And I should know as I’m a PT. Absolutely horrible! To top it off, she never addressed 2 abnormal test results!

Appalled. Im 30 years old and wheel chair bound. I went to see this “professional” to help refill my medications I’ve been on for 15 years. Our first visit was pleasant and she said she’d refill them. She refilled them ALL WRONG. As politely as I could I called this office through the week trying to reach her. I was unsuccessful so I had to make another appointment just to speak with her. By now I haven’t had my medicine for a week. I get to her and explain the issue, she tells me they don’t even make the medicine I asked for. I showed her the bottle (because she gaslit me several times) she then proceeded to tell me it was a computer error, after I say it’s fine. She leaves and STILL DOESNT PUT IT IN. Once confronted again politely she accuses me of just wanting pills. Yells at me in her office, I left crying with makeup running down my face. With NO MEDICINE. The meds I’ve been on for 15 years! It’s been 3 weeks, she won’t respond to me. Her practice manager is calling me to help me. PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE THIS WOMAN. SHE IS CRUEL AND CALLOUS. LOOK HER UP SHE HAS SEVEREAL BAD REVIEWS. PLEASE PLEASE GO SEE ANYONE BUT THIS WOMAN. I MAY NOT KNOW YOU BUT I KNOW SHES MESSED SO MUCH UP FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. Please go somewhere else.

I go to see Jennifer for the fifth uti since January. After the exam she gives me a three and a half page report on obesity! Rude!
