Jennifer Scott, PMHNP

I have seen her for over a year and she has helped me so much. She actually listens and adapts to what needs to be done for your treatment. Be on time for your appointment. Never had a scheduling problem, in fact they accommodate very well.

My daughter has had three appointments scheduled with Jennifer Scott that were rescheduled BY THE PROVIDER (apparently she was sick all three times, weeks apart) . Fast forward several months, my daughter was 6 minutes late for her appointment and was turned away, stating that they have a 5 minute grace period, NO EXCEPTIONS! My daughter is 18, new to driving and got lost on her way to this appointment. She was upset, crying and visibly distressed when she arrived but was turned away regardless. I was told by Janet Troup (location manager) that this late/reschedule policy was decided by the providers here and there’s nothing she can do about it. Being that Jennifer Scott is one of 10 providers at this location, she should own this experience that we had and strongly reconsider the level of “service” they are providing to their patients. The mental health epidemic sweeping the nation won’t get any better until the providers step their game up and hold themselves accountable.
