Wow! Where to begin! She tried to ignore the whole reason that I went looking for help. I had to bring it up quickly before she shuffled me out. The place she referred me to was not what I had asked for.
It feels like she explains things in medical terms to try to confuse you. Since I have a background in medicine, it didn't go over my head. Anyone without a background in medicine may feel like they don't understand what she is saying.
It doesn't feel like she is well-educated. She tried to diagnose me with allergies when I have had a 64-panel allergen test done by Dr. Orandi, an allergy and immunology specialist in Grand Rapids, MI. This test came back negative.
I felt very dismissed by her. This is an awful nurse practitioner. I didn't feel like I could trust her. See anyone else.
If you do HAVE to see her, I cannot stress this enough. Advocate. Advocate. Advocate. You are important.

I felt like I was cattle in her office. No questions about what I felt would help or compassion. Rude, angry, aggressive and I'd never go back.
