extremely difficult to work with
My wife underwent a birth control procedure, which is clearly a preventive service covered by insurance. We confirmed this both with insurance company and her office while booking the appointment. However, we later discovered that an incorrect code was used by her, resulting in a over $700 patient responsibility on the EOB. My insurance has worked for years to resolve this issue, she is extremely difficult to work with.

Jen Steir and Tracy Hall were amazing to work with. I had my little girl 3 months ago and couldn’t have had a more positive experience for both prenatal, labor/delivery, and postpartum care. They are both patient, experienced, and very calming. Not an easy thing to have a baby during a pandemic and they made it a positive experience for both my husband and I. We never felt rushed during visits and they helped us feel as prepared as possible for our first baby!
