She literally only cares about her bottom line, no matter the inconvenience to you OR your mental health. It’s so sad.

I called ahead of my first appointment today to let them know I would be less than 10 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. the receptionist said that if I’m more than 5 minutes late they would reschedule. I told her I had exactly 7 minutes left on my GPS after driving an hour to be there and begged to be seen. she placed me on hold, came back and said “that should be fine just get here.” I walked in at 7 minutes past my appointment time, and the doctor refused to see me. More than overwhelmed, I started to cry and the receptionist looked nothing short of annoyed with me. she refused to help in any way, continually stating that because I was late they would have to reschedule. they would not refund my $125 deposit for the appointment. they have an $85 reschedule fee for being more than 5 minutes late. If you plan to see this doctor, make absolutely SURE that nothing out of your control keeps you from being there exactly on time or you will be treated horribly.

Awful experience. I left more upset and distraught that when I started. She cares about making money- not about helping people.

Been seeing here for a few years now and she has always listened to me. Never once tried to put me on any medications I didn't agree to. She actually cares. She works out a plan for you. Always returns calls in a timely manner.

Have been working with Mrs. Stutts for over a year. She is professional, kind and compassionate, and authentic. I really like her personal approach and her ability to relate to and understand mental issues that people face. She listens well and provides a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining a grounded and straight forward approach to getting on the right track towards healing. I highly recommend her.
