Jennifer was very thorough and answered all my questions. Only 1 error was I asked for my prep kit to be ordered with local pharmacy which she did but she also ordered it online so I received a duplicate prep kit which also means I was charged twice. I had to call my online pharmacy Express Scripts to get reimbursed $88.00! Luckily they did.
