I saw Jennifer as an MS PA-C. Her bedside manner was very uncomfortable. The PA/intern was much more concerned with helping me understand the condition & how to get better. I was made to feel, by Jennifer, that my pain was abnormal. It seemed she was either not equipped or didn't want to make me feel at ease. Then I was charged twice for a procedure that was done once -Jennifer never responded, just had billing remove. When I needed the one refill on prescr. she said I had to see her again 4 ref
