I found her very helpful and was very comfortable talking about so many things. Counseling takes time so don't expect all of the answers immediately But with Jenn's guidance you will be able to see things differently.

I was at first hesitant about participating in therapy sessions. I absolutely love Jen, after meeting her for first time, and in fact look forward to seeing her every 2 weeks. Feels like I'm chatting with an old friend for an hour. AND I always feel so good after leaving. Therapy without realizing you're putting the work in. She is wonderful, friendly, and nonjudgemental. I recommend her to all!
