Highly unprofessional. They do not understand or follow HIPAA. PAC Williams asked me questions, I answered all of them and then she told me she had completed my assessment. Instead she wrote to my employer that I did not answer questions. This woman was extremely passive aggressive with me in the room. She is now lying that I didn't answer questions and preventing me from starting my job. I answered all of her questions, and replied that I'm having no current health problems. I asked if she would be releasing records from every visit I've ever had with hays med. Apparently that offended her to the point that she is willing to lie and say I didn't answer questions. Hays med is terrible. I have yet to meet a single employee who understands or follow HIPAA or treats patients with respect. I do not recommend either hays med or PAC Williams.
