Bad communication. Took personal health information and never responded back. Nervous about my health information at risk, since it was collected but she never took me on as a client.

She had us repeat our names and situation multiple times over two sessions. Could tell she was distracted sounded like she was cooking. Then she decided to make wild decisions after not getting the full story.
