Jenny is very knowledgeable in her field. She knows alot about which medications work and which ones don't and if you can afford it, I definitely recommend genetics testing!

Jenny went above and beyond in her care and treatment for me. With the help of genetic testing, she was able to tell me exactly what medication would work for my anxiety & depression. This was after MANY trial and error medications. I was tired of paying, my insurance company was tired of paying, but thank God I finally got a solution. I would recommend every person, young, middle aged, or older, to see Jenny for her amazing care in psychiatry. Jenny listens, cares, and makes darn sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Titus knows her stuff! She really helped our family in a dark time. I am eternally grateful for her willingness to listen and explore options for what medicines worked best. Our insurance didn't cover the genetic test, but because of her knowledge she figured out the right combination within two months!!!! She is great!!! I wouldn't trust any one else in the Basin to prescribe meds for mental health!!!

Poor billing practices. Sent bill to minor, who didn't get it. After over a year I received a paper bill for missed appointments. None of which do I recall. After discussing it with their office, they insist we owe them money for the missed appointments (First of which was 3/17/2020, right after covid hit and everything closed down). Hopefully their new billing services are better. Very frustrating to deal with so far after the fact when you can't recall what happened.

Jenny saved my life. She is an expert in this field. Wish I had known about her years ago. So many other practitioners trying so many meds that did not work along with wrong diagnoses. She is well respected by her peers.
