Jeremy Adams, FNP-C

I was in this office to receive a vitamin injection that would have taken less than ten minutes. Jeremy Adams is unprofessional, repulsive, very unpleasant, ill-mannered, insolent and into himself. Because I didn't dot all the i's and cross all the t's on my patient form he would not see me. My husband and I have been patients in this chiropractic facility for years. Jeremy wasn't courteous enough to say, come in to my office, we can work this out. He shut the door in my face and forbid me entering his room. I had to wait 30 plus minutes for him to come out of his room and then the office told me I had to wait for him to do a write-up on his previous patient. I am an 83 year old senior and was shown the door. Jeremy obviously has little respect for me as a patient. I rate this person a zero with the rim rubbed out! And that is being very nice.
