Every time I come for an appointment the receptionists are always rude and demeaning. I’ve never had problems with Dr. Campbell, but his staff is not helpful or welcoming.

I went by office ,filled out paperwork but they couldn't see me that day so I scheduled an appointment.On my appointment date I arrived 15 min early signed in and waited . Numerous people filled out paperwork and were called for exam. After sitting there 45 min ,people coming and going I ask why I had not been called. I was told I'd be called in time. When i ask why people were called that had just filled out paper work and I had a scheduled time,I was told well they probably signed in before me

Dr Campbell is the most caring optometrist I've seen. He not only see you in the office but has his cell phone number on his card if you have an emergency or something you need. I love the new remodel. Very beautiful. Dr. Campbell is easy to talk to and explains things on a normal level making it easy to understand what happening with my vision. Staff and Dr. very friendly. I always get seen the day I call if I'm having trouble with my eyes but for routine I call ahead for appointment.
